Why European Orthodontic Treatment
Ninety percent of all people who need orthodontic treatment have crowded or protruding teeth. That is nine out of ten. For many years the traditional method of treating crowded and protruding teeth has included removal of premolar, or bicuspid, teeth.

Instead of removing two or four bicuspids at the start of treatment and, often, four third molars (wisdom teeth) later on, doctors are now removing only two to four second molars at the beginning of treatment with no routine subsequent extractions.
